Client Success: Strategic Moderation
Client: A large well-known software firm
Problem: The client was entering the mobile advertising space
but did not have a cohesive corporate strategy across the many
internal groups involved with this effort. The strategy needed to
be consolidated.
Approach: Blue Rain Marketing organized, led and moderated
an all-day strategy offsite meeting bringing together 40 senior
leaders representing 15 different groups across the company.
Structured and unstructured discussion was held, and
brainstorming techniques were implemented. Participant input
was captured and recorded.
Results: A summary of the meetings results was developed and
sent to the client. This document was used as the starting point
to achieve a consolidated and comprehensive corporate
strategy in the mobile advertising space.
